Hoteliers can now sleep well!

"OpinionWell" will be the new buzz for Hotel marketers...
The goal of this new company is to collect the data, comments, and analysis for each hotel.
The service is free for hoteliers, and they will have access to the opinion of their hotel guests and the information they need to increase customer satisfaction and ultimately their revenue!

The analysis will be an extraction of consumer opinions from the web, directly given to the hoteliers.

OpinionWell will give:

- Summary data highlighting the hotels strengths and weaknesses
- A breakdown of the overall rating by category
- Feature-specific analysis including the actual comments from guest reviews

To me, it will help very much hoteliers.
Now, they can be focus on other things not like searching on the web the bad comments...
With Opinionwell, they will have directly everything about reviews and satisfaction surveys.
They will work straight on the problems without loosing time.

What consumers want most from a hotel

The article highlights us about the importance of the amenities in hotels today.
It's clear that if a guest has to do a choice between two hotels, he will choose the one with more amenities given.
The most important thing ("orbit" source) is the swimmingpool and behind the spa and fitness center.

To my part, I suggest to be very careful about the other amenities that a hotel can give.
Even if we know that it will influates the final choice, the crisis gave to our customers a bad spirit: "get more for less".

We do not have the rights to give services "at cost". It will show maybe that our services who was given on the past were not as it should be.
We are not good "samaritains". Hospitality is a business.

Furthermore, the day where you will need to increase the revenues, it will be hard to convice our clients to pay more for the same services.

Launching a new App on IPad or Iphone may increase the reputation of brand or a hotel.

Here, Best Western wants to give a new experience about the way of travelling. The App' will be easy to use and customers will add their experiences on it.

More than just a booking App', Best Western will give the opportunity to their clients to share their trips with photos...

Now, we have to be very careful about goods or bad comments.
Social media can be profitable only if the brand works on consenciously.
They will have to deal with.
